Delivery and Returns
STORE COLLECTION
We aim to have item(s) readily available to collect instore within 2 hours of ordering
(assuming the item is in stock, and the store is open). Please call us on 020 8777 8103
before collecting your order.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - The Standard Delivery fee is £9.99.
Free delivery for orders over £100 (UK Only).
We aim for your order to be delivered within 5-10 working days. Should any items not be in stock we will contact you and rearrange accordingly, be it arranging an alternative item or providing a refund.
Your order will be tracked and sent via signed for delivery by Royal Mail. Pink Martini Boutiques Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by postal strike or other postal delays. Customer will be notified of tracking details as soon as their item has been posted.
Parcels will require a signature. Please note - Currently we do not offer a next day delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Shipping: currently not available but will be in the future. In the meantime, you may contact pinkmartiniboutiques@gmail.com for further information and assistance in this regard.
SALES TAX AND DUTIES
If ordering from outside the UK, Pink Martini Boutique is not liable for any duties or taxes that your country implements, these will be charged to you (the purchaser). Please take this into account when ordering from our website.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please email us at pinkmartiniboutiques@gmail.com if you have any enquiries on stock and we will advise you accordingly. In the event that we will not be restocking the item you’re enquiring about, we will be happy to show you alternative options.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Pink Martini Boutique - In-store Policy
Providing all tags and labels are intact, we offer a 14-day exchange policy or alternatively a credit note. This is only available with a valid instore receipt. We encourage customers to try on all garments prior to purchasing to limit the need for exchanges to be made.
For faulty items – please see our faulty item policy displayed instore. All enquiries regarding faulty items will be addressed by our store owner.
Sale Items - In-store Policy
SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Should you not be completely satisfied with your online purchase, we adhere to the following:

To start the refund process, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order to advise which item(s) you would like to return. Ensure to include your order number within the email - pinkmartiniboutiques@gmail.com

If the order is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your item(s). We are happy to offer you a refund minus postage.

We will not refund (or exchange) any items with any tags removed and packaging must be intact.

All items being returned will be inspected and must be in new and unworn condition.
Please note:

Refunds are subject to item inspections.

We do not cover the cost of postal for returning item(s) this is your responsibility.

We advise that you send it signed for; as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

We cannot accept returns of pierced earrings, hats and fascinators for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, we aim to do this within 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in refund due to delays in your bank or payment method processing.
Exchanges – Online Policy
Want a different size or item? We are happy to help, subject to stock availability. Just email us

return process (see above). Please note:

You (the purchaser) are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Use a signed for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Items may appear to be a different colour due to hue on your screen (whether this be
mobile/tablet/computer).
Store vouchers
Store vouchers can be purchased both in store and can be purchased on line.
Our vouchers are subject to these terms:

Our store vouchers are valid for One Year from date of purchase as stated on the Voucher.

Under no circumstances can our vouchers be exchanged for cash. No change or cash

refunds will be given against balance, but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases, if the voucher has not expired.
