  • What are your store hours?

  • What is your return policy?

  • What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
    Pink Martini Boutique applies standard delivery fee of £9.99 Free delivery for orders over £100 (UK Only) We aim for your order to be delivered within 5-10 working days. Should any items not be in stock we will contact you to refund or exchange accordingly.
  • Can I return items purchased on sale?
    We offer returns on sale products that have been purchased online only, under the following conditions: As long as we have been notified by email that you will be returning the item to us within 5 days of purchase; and on condition that all labels and security tags are still intact; also, on condition that when the product has been returned to us and inspected by us that we can see that the product has not been worn or damaged. Once the returned product/s has been inspected we will email you to confirm that your returned product has passed inspection, and your refund will be processed. The receipt of your refund will depend on your bank or other method of payments processing time as well as any public holidays effecting the processing time.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    International Shipping: currently not available but will be in the future. In the meantime, you may contact Pinkmartiniboutiques@gmail.com for further information and assistance in this regard.
  • How can I track my order?
    Your order will be tracked and sent via signed for delivery by Royal Mail. Pink Martini Boutiques Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in deliver caused by postal strike or other postal delays. Customers will be notified of tracking details as soon as their item has been posted.
  • Store vouchers
    Store vouchers can be purchased both in store and can be purchased on line. Our vouchers are subject to these terms: Our store vouchers are valid for One Year from date of purchase as stated on the Voucher. Under no circumstances can our vouchers be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given against balance, but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases, if the voucher has not expired.
  • How do I determine my size?
    Each brands sizing table is available to you from our website, the sizing guides will differ from country to country and according to the relevant brand. To measure yourself at home and help ensure the product fits: 1) Measure your bust, at the fullest part. 2) Take the measurement of your waist at the smallest part. 3) Measure your hips at their widest.
